Reliability of the ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam(R)"

Participation in the Fisheries Agency's land-based aquaculture project! Introduction of cases where water quality purification has improved turbidity and other factors.

The ultrasonic composite photocatalytic water purification device "Aqua Beam(R)" participated in the Fisheries Agency's land-based aquaculture project. This project was conducted at a grouper land-based aquaculture facility on Izu Oshima, operated by an organization affiliated with the Fisheries Agency. It was implemented to purify the aquaculture seawater, as leftover feed and waste excreted by the grouper can lead to pollution of the seawater. The water purification using "Aqua Beam(R)" received positive evaluations for improving turbidity and other parameters. The seawater contains many mineral components, and the ability to decompose and remove organic substances suggests a high potential in the field of aquaculture. "Aqua Beam(R)" also received an excellent evaluation in antibacterial tests against E. coli and Shigella conducted at a oyster aquaculture facility at the National Fisheries Research Institute of Korea, where both bacteria were reduced to below detection limits from initial measurements. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Aqua Beam: Ultrasonic Composite Photocatalytic Water Purification Device - Case Studies in Aquaculture

Proven high antibacterial performance from the first measurement! We received an excellent rating.

At the request of the National Fisheries Research and Development Institute (NFRDI) of South Korea, the AquaBeam AB-S was loaned for purification tests of oyster aquaculture water conducted at NFRDI. Antibacterial performance tests were carried out on E. coli and Shigella in the seawater used for oyster farming. As a result, high antibacterial performance was demonstrated from the first measurement. The AquaBeam received an excellent evaluation. Please refer to the main text for the various test conditions. *For detailed information about the case, please refer to the attached PDF (English version).
